L'Épisode , a culinary gem orchestrated by the talented Chef Jordan Boreux and his passionate team . What began as a fleeting chapter has transformed into an unmissable gastronomic adventure, thanks to a success that has exceeded all our expectations. Jordan Boreux , a young and dedicated Chef, pours his heart into showcasing local produce, as well as the vegetables and aromatic herbs carefully cultivated in our botanical garden , located right on the estate.

Discover our restaurant, nestled in a tranquil setting in the heart of the Domaine de Waillimont , perfect for enjoying a meal for two, with family, or with friends. A must -visit for all gourmets seeking authentic flavors combined with modern flair . We invite you to explore our varied menu, ranging from 3 to 9 courses, and to discover our weekly lunch menu, starting at €32.

Chef Jordan Boreux, a true artisan of flavors , draws his inspiration from the local terroir and his love of nature. He offers generous , sincere, and convivial cuisine, imbued with French, Belgian, and European influences . He gives pride of place to regional products, adding his personal touch… flavor! Among the treasures on our menu, you can enjoy, depending on the season, Gribomont lamb, cheeses from the Bergerie d'Acremont, Neufchâteau mozzarella, Orgeo beef, products from the Ferme du Bijou, and many other culinary gems.
