Our cuisine is guided by the seasonality of the produce.

It's time to let go and allow yourself to be guided

Our "Suspense" menu lives up to its name...

suspense is key since you discover its composition as you go through the episodes in the menu.

Its content is in line with the philosophy of the cuisine of L'Épisode, you will find all the markers of the current season as well as some local products.

The quantities per tasting are controlled so that you can enjoy the entire menu without any problems.

To get the most out of it, please let us know if there are any ingredients or products you do not want to encounter, as well as any allergies you may have.
